About the Presenter

Ryan is the Reliability Manager for CBRE located at the Francis Crick Institute in London. Ryan’s role is to move away from OEM recommended calendar-based inspections and roll out predictive monitoring to support the RCM strategy and Lifecycle replacements based on condition and risk rather than recommendation. By changing the maintenance strategic goals and vision to a reliability centred approach Ryan works to engage the maintenance teams and encourage a proactive mindset therefore another major aspect of his role is to coach, lead and inspire the maintenance teams to support the strategic plans.
