Webinar Description
Industry 4.0 delivers new ways of boosting safety and maintenance regimes, and the related process infrastructures make it easy to integrate vibration trending into process monitoring. The challenge comes in simplifying vibration data to give meaningful process outputs without sacrificing full spectrum vibration data that is valuable for machinery fault analysis. How can we bridge the gap? This webinar will delve into new digital solutions that allow a facility to integrate vibration trending and analysis into the existing process monitoring infrastructure.

Learning Takeaways
1. Simplify vibration data collection to bring actionable data room based on accelerometer waveforms directly into the control room.
2. Gather asset management information to optimize a plant with a combined control and maintenance system, integrating vibration data into existing infrastructure
using established communication protocols.
3. Realize the reliability gains that digital manufacturing offers: improved safety, optimized performance, and longer machine life.
