This webinar will use case studies of planetary gearbox failures to review the root cause analysis process. We will dive into the more difficult questions that commonly follow once the failure is identified – how do we effectively monitor the other assets for similar failures, and how can we prevent them occurring altogether? From condition monitoring and inspections, to modelling and instrumentation, this session will demonstrate many tools and methods available to improve the reliability of large planetary gearboxes.

  2. How to effectively apply the fishbone diagram to an RCA.
