About the Presenters

Matthew Moore is the Global Subject Matter Expert in Condition Monitoring for Petrofac, with over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He never set out to be an engineer, let alone a CM engineer but whilst starting out at the bottom of the ladder, fate played a major hand in his career.

Will Bower is the Director of Reliability with Maintain CM based in the United Kingdom. Will strives to help engineering managers achieve reliability excellence through every channel that he can. When he’s not out in the field, Will can be found hosting the #reliabilitygang podcast, producing music, and spending time with his family.

Will Crane is an experienced Reliability Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the food, chemical and marine industries. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering.
