This presentation is about, how can we use every person in the factory as a condition monitoring engineer and that the condition monitoring does not require any specialization or higher education. Rather what it requires is the common sense and the slight knowledge of maintenance.
Title of the presentation means, that if we want to run our factory predictive maintenance program successfully then, we have to work on the condition monitoring basics first and to educate our maximum staff for the condition monitoring. Because the predictive maintenance is the next step to the condition monitoring and it requires experienced analyst for fault diagnosis. On the other hand condition monitoring requires only the basic knowledge and can feed the analyst with useful information.
