WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:

While Industry 4.0 has brought real-time monitoring of assets to the forefront, what are we learning?  In this webinar we’ll explore several case studies of continuously monitored assets.  Although we are seeing some of the expected results, we are also seeing data points that may explain some anomalies seen in monthly oil samples.  We’ll also look at case studies from vibration and ultrasound that show conditions that were undetected with route-based monitoring.

Learning Takeaways

  1.  Not all conditions are constant
  2.  monthly samples may not catch upset conditions
  3.  We can learn from what we don’t see in continually monitored assets
