TITLE: RCM CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: MILL AND MINE

DEPARTMENT: MILL MAINTENANCE

REPORTS TO: MILL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:

To provide and/or improve Mill and Mine availability and capacity through technical application of predictive maintenance methods dedicated to preserve the Company’s day-to-day asset reliability. Some of the methods include: vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, motor circuit evaluation, oil analysis, thermography, and analysis of equipment failure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years mill maintenance mechanical experience preferably in a processing plant with crushing, grinding (including SAG circuits), conveying, flotation, thickening, concentrate and filtering unit operating environments. Microsoft Excel knowledge is desired
