This introductory course provides a wealth of information about technologies that can help motor maintenance professionals maximize reliability of their electric motor plant machinery. The webinar will introduce attendees to static and dynamic motor testing. The complimentary nature of the two technologies is important to understand. This webinar lays a foundation to enable the maintenance professional to plan and execute maintenance strategies that minimize costly unplanned downtime.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

With a BS in Mathematics, Leslie has been a software developer for the United States Forest Service for 12 years. She then decided to return to school obtaining her teaching license in Mathematics from Colorado State University. After teaching as an undergraduate mathematics instructor for 3 years at Oklahoma Christian University and AIMS Community College she returned to software development with Baker Instrument Company. Having accumulated over 16 years of experience as a software engineer with Baker Instrument Company and ultimately as the lead software designer for the electric motor condition monitoring division, she again transitioned into the application side of motor testing and training. She now has over 6 years of experience as an Application Engineer and Technical Instructor, providing technical solutions and instruction across many industries around the world.
