About the Presenter:

Steven started his career in industrial sales as a Customer Service Representative for a gearbox and electric motor manufacturer. He then got the opportunity to work as a Technical Sales Representative visiting manufacturing facilities across Southwestern Ontario focusing on machine, repair and operation solutions. It was during this time he discovered that plants were struggling with unplanned downtime due to unexpected equipment failures and lack of a handle on managing rotating assets in their facilities. He then founded Industrial Matrix to help manage and track rotating assets alongside the ability for manufacturers to predict when a machine is going to fail. Today Industrial Matrix is at the forefront of digital solutions for the factory and is actively working with some of the largest manufacturers in the world.
